My Zalora Philippines Adventure

Recently, I received an invitation from Zalora Philippines to visit and explore their website http://www.zalora.com.ph/. I have never shopped online, but I have heard and read so much about Zalora Philippines. And it's good that I gave it a try, because there’s a lot to discover about Zalora Philippines!

The landing page of the Zalora Philippines website is packed with so much promos and rebates; and for first timers like me, there's a FREEBIE - free PhP 250.00 voucher when you sign up! You need to use it within 7 days; afterwards it's not valid anymore.

To celebrate our ANNIVERSARY, we're giving back! Get an INSTANT REBATE automatically when you add select items to cart. CLICK HERE -->http://zlrph.com/Z_turns1

I searched for my favorite brand of lipstick but it's not in Zalora Philippines yet. But they have many other products to offer, and I'm also happy that Zalora Philippines also has a Home & Living section.

I love this Town and Country 3-piece set (Comforter, Fitted Sheet, Pillow Case)

My top picks from the beauty section:

Lovin' the pink hues! Lipstick Palette No.12 from Cinema Secrets

Cinema Secrets Dual Active Foundation (8gms) in Tender Beige

I'm sure my husband will love these:

Ray Ban sunglasses

The External Powerbank for Portable Electronics by My Charge

Puma Faas 200

For my sick little boy who's got the sniffles now:

Boogie wipes

Cuddlebug Wall Stickers- Cars&Track

I must say that shopping online (and searching for that perfect gift) is quick, easy, and convenient with Zalora Philippines.

They even have this "Cash on Delivery" option wherein your items will be delivered safe and  straight to your house. No need to worry about credit card payments or filling up online forms since you can pay in cash as you receive the items.

And because it's the 1st anniversary of Zalora Philippines, they have so much to give away to everyone.

Lotsa Freebies - Infinite.ly!

Yes, you read it right. Infinite.ly is offering you FREE 5MB of storage, access to widgets, and personalized subdomain - FOREVER!

It all started with an email I received from TapBlogs last week regarding an invite to join Infinite.ly's promotion. At first I just wanted to ignore it, because I don't want to write about technical stuff (I'm a real dummy when it comes to that matter!) and I don't want to bore anyone who will read my post about it.

Besides, I thought I don't need to learn anything about it, since my husband knows a lot about building websites and my brother's a webmaster too, as we've been in the design business for 2 decades. I don't want to get a headache thinking about domains, codes, html, css, blah blah yadda yadda. (LOL).

I changed my mind when I visited Infinite.ly's homepage. I think it's very pleasant to the eye, clean, and interesting. Ang cute talaga.

Next thing I knew, I was trying out everything! I chose my name,

the kind of page I want to build,

and voila! The website is ready to launch.

So are you bored already? I don't think so. Check out these cool features Infinite.ly has to offer.

Take note that your site isn't registered permanently yet and will disappear in 48 hours. To register it just click the link on the yellow bar at the bottom of the page that says "Claim this page for free, or upgrade to a premium account!".

When you're done with everything, you can tell your friends and everyone about it in Facebook and Twitter.

It's really cool, my husband can't wait to try the small biz plan!

Check out these awesome features of Infinite.ly:

This is a real blessing for non-techie bloggers like me and for business people who's always on-the-go. No need to hire a webmaster (it can cost you a minimum of PhP 50,000 0r US$1,000 these days), and that doesn't include other miscellaneous costs like the domain name, hosting and maintaining the website.

I am really excited to try out everything in Infinite.ly! And expect more to come too, as Infinite.ly is still under development and they are looking for feedback and reviews from real users.

Visit http://infinite.ly/ now!

Go test everything out, checkout the tutorial they have on site and use to its full content. This site is yours to keep forever!

Easy Quesadillas in 10 Minutes!

There are days (and mostly nights!) that my husband and I crave for Mexican food, but we have no problem with that even if it's in the middle of the night.

Let me share with you our easy Quesadilla recipe that you can prepare in less than 10 minutes. Even our kid loves this snack!

You will need:

  • 1 pack of Flour Tortillas

  • Tomatoes (I used diced tomatoes in bottles, bought from the grocery)

  • Chopped onions

  • Grated cheese

How to do it:

1. Heat pan to medium high heat, take one tortilla and place it in the pan. Flip the tortilla every 10-15 seconds, until you see both sides cooked or a bit toasted.

2. Then, spread your desired amount of fillings on one side. I love to put a generous pack of everything!

3. Keep flipping the tortilla until it gets browned or has toasted depending on your preference, and when the cheese has melted.

Serve warm and enjoy!

P.S. You can also add cooked chicken or bacon strips, and add more vegetables like bell peppers, olives, etc. to have a more pleasurable quesadilla snack with your loved ones!
